The purchase of a bondage sleepsack is an expensive one so I wanted to create this simple guide to help make your choices a little simpler.

For me the premise behind owning a sleepsack is that it provides me a space where I am able to let go, to relax and to allow my mind to wander. While tucked away I don't have any needs or world based problems to be concerned over. Just me and my mind.

Firstly what is your budget?

From cheapest to the biggest investment you go rubber sleepsack, then neoprene sleepsack then leather sleepsack.

Rubber Sleepsack

If you are looking for a more economical choice I would recommend going towards a rubber sleepsack. These are priced at a great entry level so most people are able to start getting into sleepsack play.

Rubber is not without it's drawbacks. Firstly it's a no no for anyone with a latex allergy. Even if you choose chlorinated rubber there is always a minor risk of reactions.

Rubber is also very delicate. It's not to be used in the sun or outdoors as the sun destroys the rubber. Latex is also very easily torn so you need to be careful where you lay the sleepsack as well as greater care getting in and out.

Neoprene Sleepsacks

If you like rubber but you are wishing to have something that is more robust I recommend looking into a neoprene sleepsack.

With neoprene you get the same rubber feelings and sensations, the warmth, the tight stretch across the skin... This is however much more robust and has less chance of being torn or cut.

Leather Sleepsacks

If you love the feel and smell of leather then the most obvious choice is going to be a leather sleepsack. The Joys of Rubber Bondage

Hey there. Today I wanted to share my experince with the the joys of my rubber sleepsack bondage bag... Huge thanks to my bro Wolf for allowing me to enjoy the experience.

By far the thing I noticed the most in the rubber sleepsack was how "slick yet sticky" it gets...

Why do I say sticky? Well to first get into the sleepsack you need to get a bit of lube only yourself. Rubber is a rough material so when your skin rubs against the rubber there is friction that stops you from slipping easily into the sleep sack.

The key to easy entry, pun intended, is a nice coating of water based lube... Rubber is an alive organic fabric to it's important to note that silicone or oil based lubes can damage it. A rubber sleepsack is an expensive purchase so be sure to look after it!

As you slide inside the rubber skin creates vacuums against the skin so it sticks and slides tight to the skin. I love this feeling and as the body warms up and sweats you can feel your skin sliding between the layers of the rubber. This is very similar to the neoprene sleepsack I have however the layers really do move much easier as the rubber is not as dense or heavy as the neoprene.

After a few hours it's very easy for the sweat to accumulate and you can slide within the tube which can be great fun. Due to the high levels of sweating it's important to make sure you have plenty of hydration before you jump into the sleepsack. It's easy to dehydrate so make sure you have someone making sure you have some sips of water.

The rubber is heaps of fun however it's not robust or tough like leather bondage gear. For this reason be sure to take care getting in and out of it. Sharp nails can easily damage the fabric so check your toenails and fingernails and take your time getting in.

The sack I played in had a 3 way zip so Sir had access to my cock however it didn't have the arm sleeves like the other sleepsacks so I was able to play with myself. I didn't find this to be a problem at all ;).

Neoprene Sleepsack Hot Warm Headtrips

I fucking love my neoprene sleepsack. I first got my neo sack from Mr S Leather back in 2012 when I was first exploring the ideas of sleepsack bondage.
